A "company dossier" accumulates your situation and past conversations. You don't have to re-explain the background every time you ask.
On honesty
Calculating a tax figure, giving specific legal advice, ruling on an individual labor matter — in Japan these are the exclusive work of licensed professionals such as tax accountants, lawyers, and labor and social-security consultants. For these questions, zoro clearly says it cannot answer, and points you to the right professional instead.
Not pretending to know is the least an advisor owes you. zoro's guidance is reference information; the final management decision is always yours to make.
